"Miss Alvarez is a good asset to State Farm, a professional representative who made my experience returning back to State Farm a pleasant one. Your company had rejected me from an auto policy I previously had due to accidents my son had because he was on my policy, though it didn't matter to them I was with the company close to 20 yrs and I had never had any any accidents. I was extremely disappointed, but Miss Alvarez's professionalism showing she cared made her best effort to get me to come back to obtain a life insurance policy event hough I was determined not to come back for anything to State Farm.
